Cherokee Village West HOA is located off of D 1/2 Road and consists of 30 single family homes. This Association has annual dues of $200.00 to maintain the common areas, insurance and irrigation.

Owners are required to submit an Architectural Request form to obtain approval from the Board of Directors prior to changes being made to the landscaping or the home.
