Cottage Meadows HOA is located off of Patterson Road and consists of 41 single family homes. This Association has annual dues of $300.00 to maintain the common areas, insurance & irrigation water shares.

Owners are responsible for the installation and maintenance of their watering systems and landscaping.

Owners are also required to submit an Architectural Request form to obtain approval from the Board of Directors prior to changes being made to the landscaping or the home.
