Dues are assessed Annually at: $450/lot sent on March 1^st and due by March 31^st.

Currently there are NO special assessments

Our total for status letter ($50) and property transfer fee ($100) is: $150. New owner info and copy of deed transfer also required.

The Peaks at Redlands Mesa is also within the Redlands Mesa Master Association and managed by an outside party. They pay RMMA dues annually at $450/unit, assessed within their own, Peaks at Redlands Mesa HOA monthly dues.
