Annette Hejl has been in real estate for 23 years in both the Steamboat Springs and Grand Junction markets.  She was a top producer in the Steamboat Springs market where she helped developers and contractors through the process of their new developments. This included residential and industrial. One of Annette's most recent successful subdivisions was Adobe View North in Fruita, Colorado which sold out in 90 days. She won the prestigious "Realtor of the Year" award in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2021.  Annette has spent most of her life in Colorado, born in Wisconsin and raised in Meeker, CO on a ranch. She has been involved in numerous ranch and vacant land sales.
