Don't miss out on meeting your 2025 Leadership Candidates at the 3rd Quarter Luncheon! The Board of Directors has also conducted a thorough review of our current Bylaws and identified three key areas that required updates:

1. The dates for our fiscal and elective years need to be aligned with our calendar fiscal year.
2. A new membership type has been added to comply with the Department of Justice (DOJ) agreement on MLS access.
3. The language in the MLS section has been updated as required by the upcoming NAR Settlement. This language, provided by NAR legal, ensures compliance with the agreement.

These changes will bring our Bylaws in line with the new process changes effective August 17th. Please review the redlined version and be ready to vote at our Annual Meeting on August 1st.
