Linda Afman, is an experienced Veteran in the Real Estate Industry.  Her involvement in all phases of residential real estate has given her many accomplishments.  Linda has been a licensed broker for 42 years in Wyoming and Colorado, with 30 years in the Grand Junction area.  From 1999 to 2003 Linda was the Real Estate Broker for the Redlands Mesa Golf Course Community.  In this capacity she identified and organized the needs in the marketplace for the development through analysis of local and extended market data.  She helped develop strategies and business plans to position the golf community on the cutting edge of Western Colorado and global golf communities.  Linda has also worked with a prime residential community surrounding a golf course community in Wyoming, as part owner of a real estate development firm. Linda is in residential sales with Re/Max 4000 specializing in single family homes.

Elected to the Grand Junction city council in 1992, allowed Linda to Expanded her interests in community and economic growth issues.
