                                                          Mary Ann Langdon, CRS, GRI, CNE

My professional background has always involved sales and management; retail, medical and office management.  A common thread of sales and helping people has led me to a career in real estate.  In 2009, I earned my Certified Residential Specialist designation; only 4% of all Realtors have earned this designation.  In 2006 I earned my Graduate REALTOR Institute designation, my GRI.  In 2009, I completed classes for my CNE designation, Certified Negotiations Expert: I am a very strong believer in continuing education to be the best I can be.

I have been a licensed Realtor sense 2003.  I specialize in residential homes and investment properties, recreational and farm & ranch land.  I have been a Realtor for 21 years, I have worked for  13 years with RE/MAX, consistently earning performance awards. 

I am the Broker and Owner of GJ Lifestyle Colorado Realty LLC., for the last 6 years.

I understand the buy / sell experience well!  In addition to helping families realize their dreams of homeownership, assisting seniors finding just the right property for retirement years is very satisfying.  I have personal experience with relocation, having moved here 30 years ago, I have lived all over the country and I understand the needs when you are relocating! 

I love to set goals, focus and prepare and achieve!  As a result of setting personal goals, I have completed 8 marathons.  As your realtor I will work hard to achieve your goals.
